Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Sale or promotional items.
- Custom or personalized orders.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued only if the returned product meets our return conditions after inspection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10–15 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to change of mind or customer error, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary and may cause a delay in posting.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us via our customer service number provided on our website.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with proof (e.g., photos/videos).
